Storm-proof: A maximum wind pressure of 0.85kN/m2 and a maximum wind speed

of 177km/hr ;

Snow-resistance: A maximum snow load of 1.55 kN/m2;

Earthquake-resistance: A maximum protection of 9-degree earthquake- resistance

intensitywith an acceleration of 0.4g;

Shock-resistance of exterior wall: A load of a concentrated shock of 250kg;

Fire-resistance: A duration from 1 to 4 hours based on different designs;

Thermal-insulation: 5.05K·m2/W thermal-resistance caloricity of 200mm-thick LGS

walling, 742higher than 0.6K·m2/W of 490mm-thick brick wall ;

Acoustic-insulation: 65dB acoustic insulation factor of the exterior wall

(200mm-thick LGS siding); 44dB of the interior wall (double-sided & double-skinned

gypsum-board, 181mm-thick siding);

Damp-proof: A guarantee of 40-70 relative indoor humidity which meets the demand

of WHO due to the use of breathing sidings, roof and foundational structure (the

breathing sidings patent is being examined);

Ventilation: A combination of natural ventilation and air supply keeps indoor air fresh

and clean, making the amount of fresh air more than 15%, 10% higher than WHO

standard.

Mildew-resistance: Damp-resistant and ventilating, the building will have less than

10 virus per container inside, which meets the requirement of WHO, protected from

mildew even though it is unoccupied.

Ecological residential building: Resources are efficiently utilized. Air physical and

biological index, chemical pollution and radiation are under control in keeping with

environmental protection regulation, i.e. free formaldehyde is less than 0.08mg/m3,

benzene less than 0.09mg/m3, and radon less than 95becquerel.
